The material was ground to a grain size from 0.09 to 0.5 mm and put at the IAEA’s disposal by Geologisches Landesamt, Freiburg, Germany [1]. Its recommended δ13C value was determined in an international calibration [2]. The recommended δ18O value is a mean from data of an interlaboratory comparison [1].
